Service Description
NayaLook provides AI-powered hairstyle visualization tools designed for salon professionals. The platform allows salons to upload customer images and generate hairstyle previews using artificial intelligence. These previews are intended for visual guidance only and may not perfectly represent final haircut results.
Account Responsibilities
Salon owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must ensure that the platform is used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Image Usage
Salons must ensure that they have proper permission from customers before uploading customer images to the NayaLook platform. The images are used solely for generating hairstyle simulations and improving service quality.
Payments
Currently, NayaLook does not process payments through the application. All subscription fees or service charges are collected directly in-person or through offline arrangements between NayaLook and the salon business.
Refund Policy
Payments made for NayaLook services are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of NayaLook, such as technical service failure or special agreed conditions.
Service Availability
NayaLook may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the platform at any time in order to improve service performance, security, or functionality.
Limitation of Liability
NayaLook provides AI-generated hairstyle previews for informational and visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee that the final haircut or styling outcome will exactly match the generated preview. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NayaLook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
